Why the Hare Should Have Won that Race

The next time you have two chapters of biology to read, an English paper to start (and finish), and all the even-numbered problems from the calculus textbook to do (because you were so tired from finishing the odd-numbered problems last night that you fell asleep in math class and the teacher decided you needed more)... take a nap!

As students, sometimes long days of class lead to equally long nights of studying, and napping--for just a little while--seems like such a beautiful idea. But no. There is too much to do and not enough time to do it, so we chug more coffee, eat a couple of apples (they're apparently supposed to help you stay alert, too), and stretch and yawn and do jumping jacks... and somehow we struggle through the work.
